โครงการ Startup x Innovation Thailand Expo 2022 (SITE 2022)
สำนักงานนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ NIA (“สำนักงานฯ”) ขอขอบพระคุณท่านผู้ใช้บริการทุกท่านที่เข้ามาเยี่ยมชมและใช้บริการต่างๆ ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์และแอพพลิเคชั่นของโครงการ/สำนักงานฯ
สำนักงานฯ มีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องเก็บรวบรวม บันทึก ใช้ ประมวลผล และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมชมงานและพันธมิตร เพื่อให้การดำเนินการจัดงาน Startup x Innovation Thailand Expo 2022 (SITE 2022) และการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ และได้จัดให้มีประกาศนโยบาย เพื่อให้ได้รับทราบถึงนโยบายของสำนักงานฯ เกี่ยวกับการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ การประมวลผล และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมชมงาน ผู้จัดแสดงสินค้า วิทยากร บุคคลทั่วไป และพันธมิตร ที่เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ.2562 และกฎเกณฑ์อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อีกทั้งเพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นแก่ผู้ใช้บริการทุกท่านต่อแนวทางและมาตรฐานของสำนักงานฯ ในการปฏิบัติต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

สำนักงานฯ อาจจะแก้ไขนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ ได้ในทุกเวลาโดยปิดประกาศการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงบนบริการของสำนักงานฯ หรือโดยอีเมล ทั้งนี้ การใช้บริการบนเว็บไซต์และ/หรือแอปพลิเคชันของท่านถือเป็นการยอมรับข้อกำหนดของนโยบายสิทธิส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ และการที่ท่านใช้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่องภายหลังจากที่มีการประกาศเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว ย่อมถือเป็นการยอมรับการแก้ไขแต่ละครั้งด้วยเช่นเดียวกัน
2. รายละเอียดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่สำนักงานฯ เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และ/หรือเปิดเผย
เมื่อท่านใช้บริการเว็บไซต์และแอพพลิเคชั่น สำนักงานฯ จำเป็นต้องเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อให้สามารถให้บริการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน รวดเร็ว และน่าเชื่อถือ รวมถึงพัฒนาและปรับปรุงการบริการให้ดียิ่งขึ้น โดยสำนักงานฯ จะเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อมูลส่วนตัว: ชื่อ-นามสกุล อีเมล์ รูปถ่าย อาชีพ
ข้อมูลการเข้าใช้บริการ: ข้อมูลการเข้าสู่ระบบและการใช้บริการ
ข้อมูลจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์: IP Address วันและเวลาที่ท่านเข้าใช้บริการ
สำนักงานฯ อาจจะแก้ไขนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฉบับนี้ได้ในทุกเวลา โดยจะประกาศการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงบนบริการของสำนักงานฯ หรือโดยอีเมล ทั้งนี้ ท่านสามารถขอแก้ไขความยินยอมที่ได้ให้ไว้ได้ทางช่องทางติดต่อ / เว็บไซต์และแอพพลิเคชั่น ของสำนักงานฯ
3. วัตถุประสงค์ของการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
สำนักงานฯ จะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้บริการแต่ละรายสามารถใช้บริการและเข้าถึงข้อมูล ข่าวสาร ข้อเท็จจริงต่างๆ ที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วนได้อย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็ว รวมถึงเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้บริการได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ ข้อมูลข่าวสารและบริการที่ดี มีคุณภาพ และถูกต้องตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการ และเพื่อประโยชน์ในการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลหรือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการดำเนินกิจการของสำนักงาน และ/หรือคู่ค้าหรือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของสำนักงานฯ หรือเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
การประมวลผลข้อมูล
สำนักงานฯ จะทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของท่านเท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่แจ้งข้างต้น และนำไปใช้ในการประมวลผลวิเคราะห์การจัดงานเท่านั้น และมีการเปิดเผยข้อมูล ชื่อ-นามสกุล อีเมล์ อาชีพ รูปถ่าย ประเทศ ข้อมูลการเข้าสู่ระบบ และ IP Address ให้กับคู่ค้าหรือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของสำนักงาน และจัดส่งข้อมูลให้กับผู้สนับสนุนการจัดงาน ซึ่งเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดในการจัดงาน
4. แหล่งที่มาของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
โดยหลักสำนักงานฯ จะไม่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจากแหล่งอื่นนอกจากข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากท่านโดยตรง อย่างไรก็ตาม ในกรณีที่สำนักงานฯ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจากแหล่งอื่น สำนักงานฯ จะดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามที่พรบ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 หรือกฎหมายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกำหนด
5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
สำนักงานฯ จะจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับจากวันสิ้นสุดของโครงการ โดยสำนักงานฯ จะจัดให้มีระบบหรือมาตรการเพื่อดำเนินการลบหรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่สำนักงานฯ ไม่มีความจำเป็นต้องจัดเก็บ ใช้ ประมวลผล หรือเปิดเผยอีกต่อไปภายในระยะเวลา 3 เดือน หลังจากสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาจัดเก็บ ทั้งนี้ ในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นเพื่อป้องกันผลประโยชน์ได้เสียโดยชอบธรรม (Legitimate Interest) ของสำนักงานฯ หรือกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายของสำนักงานฯ สำนักงานฯ สงวนสิทธิที่จะขยายระยะเวลาจัดเก็บดังกล่าวออกไปตามสมควรภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายกำหนด
6. บุคคลที่สำนักงานฯ อาจเปิดเผยให้ทราบถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
สำนักงานฯ จะเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเท่าที่จำเป็นให้แก่ผู้บริหาร พนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ และบุคลากรใดๆ ของสำนักงานฯ รวมถึงบุคคลที่สำนักงานฯ ได้มอบหมายให้มีหน้าที่หรือมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องเข้าถึง ใช้ และ/หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อการให้บริการแก่ท่านเท่านั้น โดยสำนักงานฯ จะจัดให้มีระบบหรือมาตรการป้องกันไม่ให้มีการใช้ เข้าถึง แก้ไข ทำลาย ทำให้สูญหาย หรือดำเนินการใดๆ แก่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่อยู่ในความครอบครองของสำนักงานฯ โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
นอกจากนี้ ท่านยินยอมให้สำนักงานฯ สามารถส่ง โอน และ/หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่คู่ค้าหรือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของสำนักงานฯ ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลที่สำนักงานฯ มอบหมาย รวมถึงบุคคลอื่นใดที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับสำนักงานฯ ไม่ว่าทางธุรกิจหรือทางกฎหมาย ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ (ไม่ว่ากฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในประเทศนั้นถึงเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของประเทศไทยหรือไม่ก็ตาม) เท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดกิจกรรม หรือเพื่อกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายของสำนักงานฯ หรือเพื่อปกป้องประโยชน์ได้เสียหรือสิทธิโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของสำนักงานฯ
อย่างไรก็ตาม ในกรณีที่สำนักงานฯ จำเป็นต้องส่ง โอน และ/หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการไปยังต่างประเทศที่กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไม่ถึงเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของประเทศไทย สำนักงานฯ จะใช้มาตรการที่เหมาะสมในการคุ้มครองและรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการในระดับเดียวกับกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของประเทศไทย
7. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ท่านมีสิทธิตาม พรบ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ในฐานะที่ท่านเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ดังต่อไปนี้
1.) สิทธิในการเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตน
ท่านสามารถขอเข้าถึงและรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่อยู่ในความครอบครองของสำนักงานฯ
2.) สิทธิในการขอให้สำนักงานฯ แก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนให้ถูกต้องเป็นปัจจุบัน
ท่านสามารถแก้ไขหรือขอให้สำนักงานฯ ทำการแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้ถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์ และเป็นปัจจุบัน
3.) สิทธิในการขอให้ลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตน
ท่านสามารถขอให้สำนักงานฯ ทำการลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่อยู่ในความครอบครองของสำนักงานฯ เป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนท่านได้ตามเงื่อนไขและหลักเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายกำหนด
ทั้งนี้ ท่านตกลงและรับทราบว่า แม้สำนักงานฯ จะได้ดำเนินการลบหรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามที่ท่านร้องขอเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่สำนักงานฯ อาจยังคงบันทึกหรือทำสำเนาข้อมูลดังกล่าวเอาไว้ เพื่อสำรองข้อมูลสำหรับกรณีที่ระบบของสำนักงานฯ เกิดความบกพร่อง เสียหายหรือขัดข้อง รวมถึงเก็บไว้เพื่อเป็นพยานหลักฐาน หรือเพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย หรือปกป้องประโยชน์ได้เสียหรือสิทธิโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของสำนักงานฯ ต่อไป
4.) สิทธิในการขอให้สำนักงานฯ ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตน
ท่านสามารถขอให้สำนักงานฯ ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านได้ตามเงื่อนไขและหลักเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายกำหนด
5.) สิทธิในการขอให้สำนักงานฯ ส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตนแก่บุคคลอื่น
ท่านสามารถขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่สำนักงานฯ ได้จัดทำขึ้นในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในรูปแบบที่สามารถอ่านหรือใช้งานโดยทั่วไปได้ รวมถึงสามารถขอให้สำนักงานฯ ส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวไปยังบุคคลภายนอกได้ตามเงื่อนไขและหลักเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายกำหนด
6.) สิทธิในการคัดค้านการใช้ รวบรวม จัดเก็บ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของตน
ท่านสามารถคัดค้านการใช้ รวบรวม จัดเก็บ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่สำนักงานฯ ได้เก็บรวบรวมตามกฎหมายโดยไม่ต้องขอความยินยอม หรือการใช้ รวบรวม จัดเก็บ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เกี่ยวกับการตลาดแบบตรงตามเงื่อนไขและหลักเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายกำหนด
7.) สิทธิในการเพิกถอนความยินยอม
ท่านสามารถเพิกถอนความยินยอมสำหรับการใช้ รวบรวม จัดเก็บ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านได้ตามเงื่อนไขและหลักเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายกำหนด อย่างไรก็ตาม การถอนความยินยอมดังกล่าวจะไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการใช้ รวบรวม จัดเก็บ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่สำนักงานฯ ได้ดำเนินการไปก่อนหน้า
8.) สิทธิในการขอให้แจ้งรายละเอียดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่สำนักงานฯ เก็บรวบรวม
ท่านสามารถขอให้สำนักงานฯ แจ้งรายละเอียดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่สำนักงานฯ ได้เก็บรวบรวมเอาไว้
ท่านสามารถใช้สิทธิข้างต้นได้โดยการแจ้งความประสงค์เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรไปยังแอดมิน (Admin) ของสำนักงานฯ ตามรายละเอียดข้อ 1
ทั้งนี้ การใช้สิทธิของท่านข้างต้นจะต้องเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่สำนักงานฯ กำหนด ซึ่งจะเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ของพรบ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 และสำนักงานฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิที่จะไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำขอหรือการใช้สิทธิของท่าน หากสำนักงานฯ พิจารณาแล้วเห็นว่าการดำเนินการดังกล่าวเป็นการขัดต่อกฎหมายหรือคำสั่งของศาลหรือหน่วยงานของรัฐที่มีอำนาจ หรืออาจก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบและความเสียหายต่อสำนักงานฯ หรือเป็นกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้สำนักงานฯ มีสิทธิปฏิเสธได้
อนึ่ง สำนักงานฯ ขอเรียนว่าการไม่ให้ความยินยอม คัดค้าน ระงับ ลบหรือทำลาย หรือจำกัดการจัดเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้ ประมวลผล หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน อาจส่งผลให้ท่านไม่สามารถใช้หรือรับการให้บริการของสำนักงานฯ ได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ เนื่องจากสำนักงานฯ จำเป็นที่จะต้องจัดเก็บ รวบรวม ใช้ ประมวลผล หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวเพื่อการให้บริการแก่ท่าน
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
แม้สำนักงานฯ จะได้ใช้มาตรการและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างเต็มความสามารถ แต่สำนักงานฯ ไม่อาจรับรองได้ว่ามาตรการและเทคโนโลยีดังกล่าวจะมีความสมบูรณ์ โดยปราศจากความบกพร่องหรือข้อผิดพลาดใดๆ สำนักงานฯ จึงขอสงวนสิทธิที่จะไม่รับผิดชอบในความสูญเสียหรือความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นแก่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการในทุกกรณี
ทั้งนี้ นโยบายสิทธิส่วนบุคคลของสำนักงานฯ นี้ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และ/หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลใดๆ ที่กระทำโดยบุคคลภายนอกไม่ว่าจะเป็นผู้ให้บริการการวัดผลการรับชมและการวิจัยด้านการตลาด ผู้โฆษณา ผู้ให้บริการ ผู้ขายสินค้าในเว็บไซต์หรือเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ ที่เชื่อมต่อกับบริการของสำนักงานฯ สำนักงานฯ จึงไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบในความความสูญเสียหรือความเสียหายใดๆ อันเนื่องมาจากการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยบุคคลภายนอกดังกล่าว
9. การเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อการวัดผลการรับชมและการวิจัยด้านการตลาดโดยบุคคลภายนอก
ท่านตกลงและรับทราบว่าบริการของสำนักงานฯ อาจประกอบด้วยซอฟต์แวร์ของบุคคลภายนอก ที่จะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและประวัติการเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ของท่าน เพื่อการวัดผลและการวิจัยด้านการตลาด

NIA has to collect, record, use process and disclose “Personal Data” of visitors and partners, willfully to rest assure that the Startup x Innovation Thailand Expo 2022 (SITE 2022) and related activities would be organized in comply with its objectives.
An announcement of the Policy allows the public to notice of NIA’s policy regarding the collection, the use, the processing and the disclosure of “Personal Data” of the visitors, the exhibitors, speakers, general public and partners in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562 and relevant regulations. It also builds the users’ confidence toward our guidelines and standard of “Personal Data” practices

2. “Personal Data” collected, used and or disclosed by NIA
When you access the website or log-in to the applications, NIA has to collect your “Personal Data”, intentionally to provide the services with efficiency, accuracy, completeness, speed and reliability and to develop and improve the services. The Agency will collect the following information
Personal Data : Name-Surname, Email address, image
Services Accessing Information : Login and the use of services information
Logfile : IP Address Date and time when you use the services
NIA may modify this Privacy Policy at any time but will post a notice of all changes on our website and applications. You could review and alter your given consent through our contact channels/website and applications
3. Objective of collection, using, disclosure and processing “Personal Data”
NIA will collect, use, disclose and process your “Personal Data” in order to allow the individual user being able to conveniently and speedily use the services and access to the information, news and facts with accuracy, completeness. Moreover, to provide the users with good benefits, information and services which accurately meet the demands and to benefit in creating a database or analyzing an information for the Agency operations and/or partners or business partners of the Agency or to comply with laws
Data Processing
NIA will collect your data as is necessary to achieve the purposes given above and will only use it for analyzing an outcome of “the Event”. It will disclose an information of … to our partners or business partners which are … and will provide an information of … to the Event sponsors which would meet the purpose of “the Event”
4. Sources of your “Personal Data”
NIA will not, in principle, collect your “Personal Data” from any source except the information directly obtained from you. However, in case that the Agency gathers your information from the other sources, we would carry out in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562 and relevant laws.
5. Data Retention
NIA would retain your “Personal Data for … years since the end of “the Event” would provide the system or the measure to delete or terminate any unneeded “Personal Data” by … years since the end of the retention period. In case that it is necessary to protect legitimate interests of NIA or in cases where it is necessary to comply with the law, the Agency reserves the rights to appropriately extend the data retention period in compliance with the laws.
6. Parties that your “personal Data” to be disclosed to
NIA will disclose your “Personal Data” as it’s necessary to the executives, staffs or an Agency’s personnel or any person authorized by the Agency to the rights to access, to use and/or to process your “Personal Data” aimed at your services providing only. NIA will provide the system or measures to prevent the use, accessing, modifying, destroying, loss or any action to “Personal Data” possessed by the Agency without permission.
NIA, by your consent, could deliver, transfer and/or disclose your “Personal Data” to our partners or business partners, the authorized data processor, including any person associated with the Agency either by business or by law domestically or internationally (Regardless of whether the personal data protection laws in that country are equivalent to the standard of Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act – PDPA or not) as it’s necessary to achieve the goal of the Event or in cases that it is necessary to comply with the law or is necessary to protect legitimate interests of NIA
However, if NIA has to deliver, transfer and/or disclose the “Personal Data” of the Service users to the country which its PDPA is not equivalent to the standard of Thai PDPA, the Agency would apply the appropriate measures to protect and safeguard such “Personal Data” at the same level as Thai law
7. Your rights regarding Personal Data
You have rights, according to Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562, as follow
1.) The right to access and obtain a copy of your “Personal Data”

You could ask the Agency to erase, eliminate or to make your “Personal Data” as a non-identifiable, in accordance with the applicable laws
You herewith agree and acknowledge that although NIA erased, eliminated your “Personal Data” upon your request, the Agency, however, may still record or copy such information in order to back up it for the cases of the system error, damaged or disrupted. And to keep it as evidence, or for legal obligation or for the protection of legitimate interests of NIA
4.) The right to refrain NIA from using “Personal Data”
You could ask the Agency to refrain from using your “Personal Data” in accordance with the applicable laws
5.) The right to data portability
You could obtain a copy of your “Personal Data” from NIA either in form of soft or hard copy. And you could ask the Agency to deliver of transfer it to another party in accordance with the applicable laws
6.) The right to object to the use, gathering, storing or disclosing of your “Personal Data”
You could object to the use, gathering, storing or disclosing of your “Personal Data” collected legally by NIA without consent or object to the use, gathering, storing or disclosing of your “Personal Data” for direct marketing purposes, in accordance with the applicable laws
7.) The right to withdraw your consent
You could withdraw your consent to the use, gathering, storing or disclosing of your “Personal Data” in accordance with the applicable laws. However, such withdrawal of consent will not affect the use, gathering, storing or disclosing of your “Personal Data” which NIA has been performed earlier
8.) The right to be informed about Personal Data collection practices
You could ask NIA to provide detail of your Personal Data collected by the Agency
You could exercise this right by giving a written request to the Agency’s Admin
However, the exercise of your right above must comply with the NIA’s rules and procedures which regulated following Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562. The Agency reserves the right not to response to your request or an exercise of your rights if such action is determined by the Agency as it is against the law or an order of the court or of the relevant government agency. Or it may cause an impact and damage to the Agency or it is the case which the law authorizes the Agency the right to refuse.
8. Limitation of Liability
NIA has relentlessly implemented all reasonable measures and technologies to safeguard and to protect the security of “Personal Data” but the Agency could not guarantee that those measures and technologies will perfectly effective without any defect or error. The Agency, therefore, reserves the right not to be responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the personal information of any service user in any case
Privacy Policy of NIA does not include the collecting, use, disclosing and/or processing of any information which done by third parties, whether they are analytic and marketing research services, advertisers, service providers, online merchants or any websites linked to the services of the Agency. The Agency, therefore, cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. in connection with the collecting, use, disclosing and/or processing of Personal Data by the mentioned third parties.
